DIGITAL DELIVERY POLICY

All products sold by Driver Media Group are digital downloads. No physical products are shipped, and no shipping charges or tracking numbers apply.

After your order and payment are successfully processed, access to your purchased files will be provided electronically through the download method shown during checkout, in your order confirmation, or by email. Delivery is normally available shortly after payment is confirmed, although payment processing or technical issues may occasionally cause a delay.

You are responsible for providing an accurate email address and using a compatible device and software to open the purchased files. If you don’t receive or cannot access your download, check your spam or junk folder, then contact support@drivermediagroup.org. Please include your order number and the email address used for the purchase so we can assist you.
